IMPORTANT INFORMATION
 

A) Registration does not guarantee acceptance in the School. A paid registration is necessary for participing in the selection process.

B) There is absolutely no refund of the registration fee.

C) The payment of the registration fee can only be done through credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Diners).

D) In case you want to become a SBF member, you should send the proposal  to join the society at least 30 days before the registration deadline. You will be able to register only after you join the SBF as a member. Otherwise you should pay as a nonmember (R$ 430,00).

E) Members with fees overdue should pay their debts with the registration fee.

F) The registration for the School includes the participation in the Workshop on Optics Applied to Quantum Information and Nanotechnology.

G) Participants are encouraged to submit their research results in topics related with, but not exclusively, the workshop mentioned above. H) Accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) packages at the venue hotel will be available. Click here to find information about the packages.

I) Transportation service from Maceió to the venue hotel and vice-versa will be provided.

J) Travel to Maceió and to the city of origin are of entire responsibility of the participants.

K) Additional information about how to get there on your own will be available soon.

L) All students are responsible for seeking funds in order to participate in the School. Depending on the level of agencies' support to the event, it may be possible to financially support a few students at least partially.
